The processing purposes and legal basis for your personal data are defined within the legal framework of the online data exchange platform “Konguru.com,” and in accordance with the following laws and regulations: Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Broadcasts via the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Broadcasts, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its related secondary legislation, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and other applicable legal obligations and service standards. To fulfill its corporate objectives and legal obligations and to provide you with better services through statistical analysis, BilPark may collect your personal data — including but not limited to your name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, landline number, email address, gender, address, and if connected through social media, any information you have approved for sharing via those platforms that may directly or indirectly identify you. This data will be processed and stored with your explicit consent, within the scope and purposes defined in this Privacy, Personal Data Protection, and Communication Consent, and will not be used outside those boundaries, ensuring the necessary information security measures are in place.

Rights

BilPark Yazılım Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("BilPark"), as the operator of the online data exchange platform "Konguru.com," explains which types of personal data are collected, how this data is used, with whom it may be shared, what rights you have over your personal data, how you can exercise these rights, and how you can modify your preferences regarding commercial electronic messages. Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the applicable legal framework, including but not limited to: Law No. 5651, Law No. 6563 and its secondary legislation, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and service standards, and to allow statistical analysis aimed at improving services. Personal data includes but is not limited to your name, surname, date of birth, mobile and landline phone numbers, email address, gender, address, social media account information (with your consent), or any data that may directly or indirectly identify you. This data will only be processed and stored for the purpose of enabling your access to Konguru.com’s services, subject to your explicit consent and in line with the scope and security principles of this Privacy, Personal Data Protection, and Communication Consent.

Website Use

In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records of consent withdrawal will be retained for 1 year from the date of withdrawal; and records relating to the content and delivery of commercial electronic messages will be retained for 3 years to be presented to the relevant ministry if required. After the applicable retention periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized either by our company or upon your request.

Registration, User Accounts, Passwords, and Security

If registration and account creation are required to use any services provided on this website, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You also agree to update your information via the appropriate sections of the registration form if changes occur. Refunds

By completing a purchase on this site, the buyer gains access to the relevant service. Since the purchased information is considered delivered at the time of payment, and cannot be returned once accessed, the buyer may not withdraw from the transaction or claim a refund based on usability or defectiveness.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement between you and BilPark, all content, software, and services provided on this website are offered “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, including suitability for a particular purpose.
