Highlights from Konguru in April
Highlights from Konguru in April
Important improvements were completed across Konguru's automation module, event management, chat, mobile application, and reporting in April.

In April, we worked on significant improvements that help teams manage their daily operations faster, more efficiently, and in a more integrated way within Konguru. Our focus this month was to simplify processes, strengthen the user experience, and create a smoother working structure across different modules.

As part of this work, the testing process for the automation module was completed, new customizations and optimizations were made in dynamic definition fields, important adaptations were delivered for the Events module, the group structure on the chat side was improved, bug fixes and updates were made in the mobile application, and new reporting customizations were made available to users.

Below, you can find the key highlights from April.

THE AUTOMATION MODULE COMPLETED ITS TESTING PROCESS

One of the most notable developments in April was the successful completion of the testing process for the Konguru Automation Module.

This new structure, which will work in an integrated way with different Konguru modules, will help users manage recurring actions in their daily workflows more easily, faster, and with greater control. By reducing the need for manual follow-up between processes, the automation approach aims to increase operational efficiency and help users dedicate more time to strategic work.

With this improvement, many actions inside Konguru will gain a smarter and smoother structure. Thanks to strong integrations between modules, the user experience will become not only more practical, but also more sustainable and systematic.

After the completion of the testing phase, the automation module is planned to be made available to all Konguru CRM users toward the middle of May.

We see this development not only as a new feature, but also as an important step that takes Konguru's process management power to the next level.

NEW CUSTOMIZATIONS AND OPTIMIZATIONS IN DYNAMIC DEFINITION FIELDS

In April, new improvements were also made on the Dynamic Definition Fields side.

To provide more flexible usage for different business structures and user needs, new customizations were introduced in this area and various optimizations were applied to the existing structure. The goal was to help users benefit from a more organized and controlled structure that can adapt more easily to their operational needs.

Thanks to these improvements, the flexibility of this area was increased while its alignment with the overall system experience was also strengthened. As a result, users gained a stronger foundation for managing the definitions they need more efficiently.

EVENTS MODULE ADAPTATIONS FOR QR AND LINK EMBED STRUCTURES WERE COMPLETED

Development work on the Events module continued throughout April.

During this process, the necessary adaptations were made so the module can respond better to real usage scenarios. In particular, important customizations were provided for QR creation and link embed structures. These improvements support a more functional, accessible, and user-friendly event process, helping the module adapt more strongly to real operational use.

While the goal is to provide a strong experience not only in event planning but also in participation and access, these customizations further increased the operational value of the module.

GROUP CREATION IN CHAT WAS IMPROVED

An important improvement was also introduced on the Konguru Chat side in April.

The group creation mechanism was diversified, making internal communication more flexible, more functional, and better suited to different usage scenarios. Users can now benefit from a stronger structure not only for one-to-one communication, but also for communication needs shaped around teams, departments, or specific topics.

Keeping communication directly within the workflow, without disconnecting it from business processes, remains one of Konguru's core approaches. This improvement in chat became another important step in helping teams work in a more connected and faster way.

BUG FIXES AND UPDATES WERE MADE IN THE MOBILE APPLICATION

Strengthening the mobile user experience remained one of our priority work areas in April.

Within this scope, various bug fixes and system updates were completed in the mobile application. Specific technical points affecting daily usage flows were addressed, while improvements were made to provide a more stable, reliable, and comfortable experience.

For field teams and users who actively rely on mobile access, speed, stability, and smoothness are essential. With these updates, the overall quality of the mobile experience was moved to a stronger level.

NEW REPORTING CUSTOMIZATIONS WERE MADE AVAILABLE

Another area we focused on in April was reporting.

To help users access data in a more meaningful, faster, and more functional way, new customizations were added to reporting and made available to users. With these improvements, reporting screens are intended to become not only areas that display data, but also powerful tools that support decision-making processes.

Thanks to these new customizations, which respond better to different user needs, teams and managers can evaluate processes more clearly, produce more accurate insights, and follow operational visibility at a higher level.

At Konguru, we see reporting not only as a structure that reviews the past, but as a strategic area that supports managing today and planning tomorrow more accurately. The improvements made in April were important steps that carried this approach further.
