Highlights at Konguru in September
In September, our focus at Konguru was to improve the performance of the new structures we introduced in recent months in real-world usage scenarios, strengthen existing functions with feedback from our users, and increase speed and stability across the platform.

Throughout September, we made significant improvements to Campaign Management, WhatsApp flows, web chatbot structures, automation scenarios, and Guru AI, all of which we developed in July and August.

The real user experiences we gained as the new features went into active use became an important part of our development process. Accordingly, we made various performance and user-experience improvements both to existing modules and to customer-specific structures.

Below, you can find the highlights from September.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT CONTINUES TO EVOLVE THROUGH ACTIVE USE

The Campaign Management structure, on which we have worked intensively in recent months, continued to evolve in September through our customers’ active usage scenarios.

By evaluating the real-world results of campaigns created through WhatsApp and email, we made various improvements both to delivery processes and to campaign tracking.

Feedback from customers who have begun managing their campaigns through Konguru shows that using CRM data directly in communication processes provides significant operational convenience.

Instead of moving customer lists between different platforms, being able to define target audiences directly in the CRM and evaluate campaign results together with the same customer data helps teams manage their processes in a more integrated way.

Throughout September, we incorporated the feedback gained from these experiences into the development of Campaign Management and continued working to make the structure faster, easier to use, and more adaptable to different scenarios.

NEW IMPROVEMENTS TO WHATSAPP AND AUTOMATION FLOWS

Scenarios in which WhatsApp communication and Konguru Automation work together continued to be one of our key development topics in September.

Because communications initiated through WhatsApp can proceed according to defined flows, collect the required customer information, and transfer the resulting data directly into CRM processes, sales teams can track new inquiries in a more organized way.

A similar structure can also be used for web chatbots.

Chatbot scenarios created in Konguru Automation can be integrated into companies’ own websites using an embed code. Information collected from website visitors can be processed according to the configured automation flow and transferred directly to Konguru CRM.

This allows new inquiries from different touchpoints, such as a website or WhatsApp, to be included in sales and customer follow-up processes in the CRM without requiring manual data entry.

In September, we made various improvements that increased the performance and ease of use of these structures, helping automation scenarios operate faster and more reliably.

GURU AI IS FASTER AND CLEARER

Our development work on Guru AI continued intensively in September.

Positive feedback from customers participating in the pilot shows that AI-powered features have significant potential in daily CRM use.

In our initial pilot work, we focused particularly on enabling users to access CRM data through natural language and evaluate the information they need more quickly.

In September, we shifted our focus to performance and response quality.

We made various infrastructure and model optimizations so that Guru AI can understand user requests more accurately, analyze the relevant data faster, and provide clearer answers.

Through our work to improve its analytical capabilities, we are enabling the system not only to find data, but also to evaluate different CRM data together and present more meaningful results to the user.

Our goal is to enable users to reach the information they need much faster through Guru AI instead of manually searching across reports, customer activities, visits, offers, and sales data.

With feedback from our pilot customers, we continue to make Guru AI a faster, more accurate assistant that creates greater value in daily operations.

CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT CONTINUED

Konguru’s ability to adapt to the operational structures of different companies remains an important part of our product-development approach.

In September, we continued developing custom modules and functions for our customers’ different processes and needs.

Thanks especially to the flexibility provided by on-premises deployments and the architectural improvements we have recently made to the backend, we can respond more quickly to requirements specific to our customers’ own business models beyond standard CRM functions.

While developing new modules and functions tailored to the processes of some customers, we also made various customizations so that existing structures can better adapt to the way those organizations work.

This approach allows Konguru to evolve not only as an off-the-shelf CRM solution, but as a flexible platform that can be shaped around the operations of different companies.

USER-EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS MODULES

In September, we also made various small- and medium-scale improvements to Konguru’s existing modules.

In response to feedback from our users, we made various adjustments to frequently used screens and worked on improvements that simplify data entry and reduce the number of steps required in daily tasks.

Through optimizations in heavily used areas such as sales, offers, visits, companies, people, and tasks, we aimed to provide users with a faster and smoother experience.

A significant portion of this work is shaped directly by usage feedback from our customers.

We consider Konguru’s evolution through real-world usage scenarios and its ability to adapt as naturally as possible to users’ daily workflows to be an important part of our product-development process.

PERFORMANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS CONTINUE

As new integrations, campaign processes, automations, and AI features are added to the platform, the volume of data flowing through Konguru’s backend continues to grow every day.

For this reason, one of our important areas of work in September was performance and infrastructure optimization across the system.

Through improvements to backend services, data-processing processes, and frequently used screens, we carried out various technical developments that help Konguru operate faster and more reliably.

We focused particularly on making automation and integration processes more efficient, completing user operations more quickly, and minimizing the effect of growing data volumes on performance.

While continuing to develop new features, we also continue to prioritize keeping Konguru’s core infrastructure equally strong and sustainable.
