Key Developments at Konguru in July
In July, our focus at Konguru was on taking automation structures informed by real-world use cases further, expanding our reporting capabilities, making the user experience smoother, and laying the foundations for a new era in Konguru’s marketing communications.

While continuing to improve our existing structures in line with feedback from our users and customers, we launched new automation sequences designed to meet different operational needs. At the same time, we worked on different data models and analysis requirements in reporting based on our new customers’ use cases, further expanding Konguru’s decision-support capabilities.

One of July’s key topics was the new campaign structure that will be manageable from within Konguru. We began development work on this new area, which will bring different communication channels such as email and WhatsApp together with CRM data.

Below, you can find the key developments from July.

NEW AUTOMATION SEQUENCES WENT LIVE

Based on our experience from the active use of Konguru Automation and new scenarios shared by our customers, we took our automation work to the next stage in July.

We analyzed the needs arising in different companies’ sales, visit, proposal, task, and customer-tracking processes and added new sequences to the existing automation infrastructure. This allowed us to move beyond structures that trigger only a single action and work on new scenarios that enable consecutive processes to progress more systematically according to defined conditions.

Real-world use cases from the field also help our automation structure adapt more easily to different industries and business models. With the new sequences launched in July, we aimed to enable Konguru to track more processes on behalf of users in their daily operations.

REPORTING CAPABILITIES EXPANDED WITH NEW USE CASES

Our reporting development and improvement work also continued in July.

As new customers join Konguru, new reporting requirements emerge from different industries, team structures, and sales models. We regard these requirements as an important resource for the product’s development.

Accordingly, while making various improvements to our existing reporting mechanisms, we also worked on new report structures that will allow different data breakdowns to be evaluated more meaningfully.

Our goal is not merely to display the data generated within Konguru, but to transform it into actionable information for decisions concerning sales performance, customer activity, team activities, and operational processes.

THE ONLINE USER EXPERIENCE WAS MADE SMOOTHER

Throughout July, we carried out various technical and user-experience-focused revisions that strengthened Konguru’s online user experience.

Through optimizations to transitions between screens, data-loading processes, and areas used intensively in daily work, we aimed to help users access the information they need more quickly.

With background performance improvements and various technical refinements, we continued working to deliver a more stable, fast, and fluid experience in Konguru.

DEVELOPMENT WORK BEGAN FOR CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

One of July’s important new steps was the start of development work on the Campaign Management structure, which will strengthen Konguru’s customer communication and marketing capabilities.

With the new structure, our goal is to create an integrated campaign experience in which customer data held in the CRM can be used directly in communication processes.

With the planned structure, users will be able to create and manage email and WhatsApp communications for their selected customer segments through Konguru.

Ensuring that campaign processes are not limited to the sending stage is also one of our main goals for this development. We are working on a structure that will measure campaigns’ reach, engagement, and response performance, enabling teams to evaluate the results of their communication activities together with CRM data.

In this way, we aim to make Konguru a more integrated platform where customer communication, as well as sales and customer management, can be managed centrally.

Our work continues on new customer-acquisition flows that can be created through WhatsApp and on the other details of Campaign Management. We will share these structures with our users more comprehensively in the coming period.

GURU AI IS MOVING FROM PILOT PROGRAMS TOWARD WIDESPREAD USE

The Guru AI tests we started in June with our selected pilot customers continued in July.

The results obtained from our pilot studies using real CRM data and everyday user scenarios became an important resource in determining the direction of our development process.

Following the positive results from the pilot programs, we began gradually extending the use of Guru AI to other customers. At the same time, development work continues so that it can respond more accurately to users’ different needs, interpret CRM data more meaningfully, and provide support at more points in daily operations.

We regard Guru AI not as a single completed feature, but as a structure that continuously evolves through real-world use cases.

PERFORMANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS CONTINUED

Alongside new features, technical developments that strengthen Konguru’s existing structure were also an important part of our work in July.

Through small-scale refinements across different modules, bug fixes, performance optimizations, and revisions that improve the user experience, we supported more stable and faster day-to-day system operation.

When developing Konguru, we regard the sustainable, fast, and reliable operation of existing functions as one of the core elements of our product-development process, just as much as adding new functions.
